ASSURANCE

Trust is a question
for the evidence.

An author’s confidence is not the same as evidence about a system. Start with a specific claim, identify what can be examined, and keep people responsible for the conclusion.

A PROGRESSIVE APPROACH

Know what each
check establishes.

Review the software, test the required behaviour, operate it with controls and investigate the observations. Each step answers a different question; none should silently stand in for the others.

Discuss your assurance requirements
Reviewed software, controlled execution and recorded observations support checks, with further assurance shown as a development direction.
Evidence, with its scope visible. Source review, operational controls and recorded investigations form the foundation for progressively stronger checks.

AVAILABLE PRODUCT CAPABILITIES

Inspect, test and investigate.

  • Generated software and topology available for review.
  • Optional Mongoose hosting and operational controls.
  • Configured audit capture and Analyser investigation.
  • Replay workflows with explicit input, state and environment assumptions.

ASSURANCE DIRECTION / UNDER DEVELOPMENT

Connect the confidence story.

A broader approach to checking the relationship between what was approved, what was deployed and the evidence an organisation uses to assess it.

What the evidence establishes

Deterministic orchestration is repeatable coordination under defined inputs, initial state and operating assumptions. Business correctness remains something to establish with requirements, review and tests.

Human judgement remains part of the system.

People define the requirements, review the implementation and decide whether the evidence is adequate. AI assistance does not take on that accountability.

Bundle verification and replay.

An ordinary evidence bundle is unsigned: member hashes detect changes, but do not authenticate its sender. Source roots, processor binaries and machine credentials are not packed. Replay-enabled bundles carry paired inputs for the recipient to run against their own matching build; the Analyser itself does not execute the processor.

Recorded evidence has limits.

Instrumentation determines which observations exist. Replay checks reproducibility under stated conditions; it is not, by itself, independent proof of every operation that physically occurred in production.

Controls complement your obligations.

These tools can support an engineering and operational process. They do not replace your organisation’s security review, risk assessment, governance or regulatory responsibilities.
