PILOT ENGAGEMENTS

Pilot the platform.
Prove it on your workflow.

Telamin is in its pilot phase. We’re inviting teams to evaluate the platform on one representative workflow, with a defined scope and agreed success criteria. Together, we turn your operating knowledge into an application and evidence your team can assess.

Company documents become reviewed requirements, followed by Telamin delivery or team training, iteration with the compiler, Mongoose and Analyser, then sign-off and operation.
A typical pilot. Your people guide the requirements and approve the result. Telamin provides the tools, delivery expertise and training to move from operating knowledge to a running system.
01

Your knowledge

Start with how your business works.

Bring your standard operating procedures, company documents and examples of real decisions. We use an LLM to turn that material into a draft description of the workflow: what happens, who decides, which rules apply and where exceptions need attention.

Your people review the interpretation and fill the gaps.

02

Agreed requirements

Make the intended behaviour concrete.

Together, we turn the draft into requirements, example inputs and expected outcomes. We identify the existing systems and libraries to reuse, the controls the application needs and the evidence that will demonstrate it is doing the right job.

A shared specification and acceptance criteria guide the build.

03

Delivery your way

We build it. Or we enable your team.

Choose the pilot approach that helps your organisation adopt the platform. Telamin can author the system against your requirements, working with your subject-matter experts. Or we can teach your staff to use the tools and author it themselves, with guidance as they build.

You can also combine delivery and training, transferring the skills as the application takes shape.

04

Iterate with evidence

Develop the application and check its behaviour.

Use AI assistance and the Fluxtion compiler to build and refine the application. Connect it to representative feeds and services through Mongoose. Load the recorded behaviour into the Analyser, compare it with the requirements and investigate differences together.

Each iteration ends with something you can inspect: working code, test results and a clearer explanation of the behaviour.

05

Sign off and run

Approve the application. Put it to work.

Your team reviews the application against the agreed acceptance criteria and signs off the build. Deploy it in your environment on Mongoose or within your own application. The recorded evidence and investigation workflow remain available as you operate and improve it.

At the end of the pilot, assess readiness against the agreed criteria, identify any remaining work and decide whether to proceed to production. Agree operational ownership and support before rollout.

EXPLORE THE NEXT STEP

Discuss a pilot on your workflow.

Bring one process you want to improve. We’ll agree what the pilot should demonstrate, how your team will participate and the evidence you need to decide what comes next.
